K\u0131saca Armonize Sistem S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi denilen bu sistem G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Konseyi (D\u00fcnya G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc) taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fcye \u00fclkelerce kabul edilerek uygulamaya ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Armonize Sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Armonize Mal Tan\u0131m\u0131 ve Kodlama Sistemi S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan 3501 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ile 1 Ocak 1989 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere 10 Kas\u0131m 1988 tarihinde kabul edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Armonize Sistemin Esaslar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armonize sistem; bir\u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015f, g\u00fcmr\u00fck ya da ekonomik birlik taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan ortak komite taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda haz\u0131rlanan d\u00fcnyada mevcut t\u00fcm e\u015fyay\u0131 kapsayan s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma sistemidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Armonize Sistemde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21 B\u00f6l\u00fcm,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>96 Fas\u0131l,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1241 Pozisyon,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5019 ayr\u0131 kategoride e\u015fya, (2450 tek tireli, 2258 iki tireli alt pozisyon) bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armonize sistem 5019 ayr\u0131 kategorideki e\u015fyay\u0131 alt\u0131 rakaml\u0131 bir kodlamayla s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131ran bir sistemdir.
